Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Earned is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Earned is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Earned is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
