Thank you for shopping with Earned! Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS or another trusted carrier.

  • Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Earned is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

  • Earned is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Earned is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.

  • For additional protection, we recommend shipping to a secure location.

Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping to PO Boxes

  • PO Box delivery availability depends on the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
